Job Description

Are you an immediately available Marketing professional looking for work This is a temporary opportunity, with the potential to go permanent in the future. Youll be joining a highly established B2C retail brand with stores across the UK.Here you will be contributing to the creation of a Marketing strategy and implementation of various exciting national marketing communications campaigns. Supported by a wider marketing department to work collaboratively and a real chance to trial your ownideas and creativity within your work.This role offers a hybrid model of 3 days in the office in Nottingham and 2 days at home.Reporting to the Brand Manager, other key duties in this role will include:

      Assist the Brand Manager in the implementation of marketing campaigns from writing the campaign brief, developing creative and print through to campaign evaluation.
Work with internal cross functional teams and external print and creative agencies to develop and produce marketing communications such as point-of-sale material.Maintain and update the Retail Best Practice Guide and communications to stores as required.Maintain and update the window digital screens for each campaign.Liaise with store colleagues and Regional Managers to gather feedback on marketing campaigns before, during and after implementation to optimise implementation and share learnings for future activities.Support the Brand Manager in developing campaign evaluation reports for each campaign so that performance is measured against KPIs and learnings are taken forward to future activity and shared across the team.Support the Brand Manager in the approval process of brand campaign assets, ensuring all campaign creative is submitted and approved by the Head of Brand and final approval is gained by the Marketing Director at the Brand Clinic meeting.Manage the implementation of new campaign creative on the in store digital screens, working cross functionally to resolve issues and queries.This role would suit a Marketing Assistant/Marketing Executive who has a background in executing marketing campaigns towards tight deadlines. Ideally, you will also have experience in Brand Marketing or have an eagerness to learn what it takes to becomea brand marketer.
