Job Description

What youll be doing:Presales support for selling Analytics products in line with the company strategy.

  • Comprehensive understanding of Business Intelligence / Analytics and its role in the business
  • Lead on the Analytics Pre-Sales
  • Up to date on Analytics market trends
  • Capturing and defining business requirements
  • Translate customer requirements into saleable products
  • Internal and External customer presentations
  • Assist the Head of Department with identifying and designing long term roadmaps for best practice
Key Skills:
  • Knowledge of SAP/ Microsoft BI and visualization technologies (SAP Business Objects, PowerBI)
  • Understanding of Microsoft BI stack, including PowerBI, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS
  • Awareness in predictive modelling and AI technologies (e.g. SAP Predictive analytics/ Cognos Watson Analytics/ SAAS/ Azure ML/ Python, R)
  • Breadth in Enterprise Data warehousing and working with Data lakes in current technologies
  • Business Intelligence Reporting
  • Breadth in BI and Analytics technology and frameworks
  • Multiple Sector Experience (Particularly HR/Payroll)
  • Presentation skills (e.g. preparation and delivery of product demonstration)
  • Experience of Pre-Sales advantageous
