To be responsible for the efficient and effective day to day operating activities, including revenue and sales growth, expense, cost and margin control and financial management.

  • Contribute to the design and delivery of the service and customer experience strategy which will enable the wider organisation to operate and be successful in a customer-centric environment.
  • Responsible for all service revenue lines in MHR Analytics
  • Work with stakeholders to continually optimize governance and decision-making processes associated with our Managed Service, Professional Service, Operations and Support services.
  • Develop and execute automation strategy for Managed Services.
  • Develop a growth strategy for Professional Services.
  • Work with sales to grow our Managed Service division and to deliver new services that aid this growth.
  • Work with the Security and Privacy teams to develop a compliance framework that supports our ongoing compliance with SOC2, ISO27001, ISO9001 and GDPR.
  • Keeps abreast of emerging business trends and collaborates with other business leaders to embed managed services opportunities in business strategy.
  • Support the business case preparation through the identification of key project tasks, deliverables, manpower, costing and forecasts for expenditure.
  • Develop and communicate business/technology strategy to Board & Senior Management teams, employees, partners, customers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Engage effectively with technical and non-technical team members across the business on key technical issues.
  • Line management responsibility for the Managed Service, Support Team, Professional Services and Operations teams, including staff recruitment training and development, regular check-ins and associates development plans, ensuring all team members are equipped to the highest skill levels require to perform their role.
  • Management of risk through formal management techniques.
  • Be responsible for the Customer Service desk and create a programme for improvement.
  • Produce relevant statistics for the Board.
