Job Description

This starts internally within our business by putting our colleagues and customers at the forefront of everything we do.Be part of our mission, join MHR and help shape the world of work.What youll be doing:To ensure data, asset, purchasing, policies, procedures, and audit evidence is accurately collated, processed, stored, supplied reviewed and updated across the Cloud Services department and wider IT Division.

  • Manage and maintain a configuration and asset database working across all Cloud Services teams and functions
  • Provide governance and compliance support collating all evidence as required in-line with SOC2, ISO and customer audit requirements
  • Work with internal assurance teams and Cloud Service technical teams to ensure audit requirements are understood and adhered to across the Cloud Services team
  • Manage and maintain a document library containing all operation procedures and policies
  • Support technical teams to produce and maintain technical procedure documentation
  • Manage and maintain all change management processes within Cloud Services ensuring changes are accurately recorded and progressed.
  • Assist in hardware and software procurement across the department ensuring all purchasing is accurately recorded and support contracts are in place for all business-critical assets
  • Maintain an accurate supplier list with relevant contacts and support identifiers recorded accordingly
  • Maintain an accurate risk register in conjunction with the Cloud Services technical management team and business assurance.
  • Ensure standard policies and procedures are in place and maintained
  • Contribute to the regular internal and external audits activities related to the department to ensure operational procedures are being followed
  • Review procedures and suggest improvements on a regular basis.
