What Youll Do: As a Customs Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

Managing various aspects of the Customs process, from Import/Export customs entries to Bond documents and Customs amendments.
Championing our departments vision for successful business development.
Ensuring all Import, Export, and Cross Trade activities are completed accurately and on time, with a keen eye for detail.
Providing training and ongoing support to new starters and existing team members on Customs systems, procedures, and regulations.
Acting as a point of contact for out-of-hours Customs issues and assisting with Import/Export Compliance queries.
Creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline departmental operations.
Cultivating strong customer and inter-departmental relationships, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

What You Bring: Were looking for candidates with:

Previous experience in a Customs role, ideally as a Customs E.T.S.F or similar, with a passion for freight and logistics.
Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with proficiency in IT tools such as Microsoft Office Suite.
A demonstrable background in administration, coupled with analytical skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
