Job Description

Social Worker required for work within the Initial Response Team in the Devon area. Competitive rates of pay £44ph, long term contracts. Barnstaple is a large town close to the coast and lots of beautiful beaches in North Devon. Flexible hybrid working arrangementswith 2 days in the office a week and offer 9 day fortnights or condensed hours if required. Accommodation allowance of £250 per week for the summer period/ commuter mileage allowance for those working away from home. North Devon is a beautiful part of the country, with plenty of coastline and countryside to explore when not at work. We have a friendly and supportive working environment with opportunities for training and development on offer, and regular supervision withyour Team Manager. Full time Social Worker Required for Initial Response Team. The Initial response team duties include: S47 assessments, single assessments, visits, good report writing skills, taking cases to ICPCC, taking cases to first hearings, completing SWETS, care plansand viability assessments.
