Job Description

Senior Office CoordinatorSalary: £28,000 - £32,000Location: South East LondonPosition Type: Permanent, Full-timeBenefits: * Discretionary annual bonus* Paid for professional qualification training* Workplace pension* Plus 5pm finish on a Friday! Our client are looking for a Senior Office Administrator to join their busy independent estate agency in South East London. The role will be to support the sales, lettings, and property management teams with daily administration tasks.This role requires at least 2 years of estate agency experience, preferably in an office support role.Key Responsibilities:* Providing exceptional administrative support to all teams within the office* Producing letters and other documentation and distributing accordingly* Uploading property details for sales and lettings to the database and external portals* Maintaining property listings and updating when required* Uploading and updating new and existing client details on the database* Registering new applicants and uploading details onto the database* Organising and updating EPCs, EICRs, and gas safety certificates* Being the first point of contact for office visitors and answering inbound calls* Arranging viewings for the sales and lettings teams* Providing general office administrative supportRequirements:* 2 years estate agency experience (preferably in office support)* Experience working in a fast paced environment* Strong administrative skills* Well organised* Excellent time management* Acute attention to details* The ability to work well as part of a team* Excellent customer service skillsIf you have the relevant skills and experience in estate agency and administration, get in touch today!Apply via the advert today or contact Emma Smith directly at GKR London Recruitment - Office Support division.
