As a leading company in the Canary Wharf and Bow areas, out clients have an excellent reputation for staff longevity and a very low staff turn over. All staff are fully ARLA or NAEA qualified and are focal points in their communities known and reputed by theirexcellent service levels and enviable reviews. The ideal candidate will have 2 years minimum experience and hold a full driving license. For a Property Manager to excel at their role, they will need to perform the following duties (but not limited to these) and responsibilities:* Setting and collecting rent and other fees from tenants* Carrying out property valuations* Managing the propertys finances, by keeping accurate records and paying all taxes and levies as necessary* Hiring and supervising any staff employed on the property* Maintaining the property and ensuring regular building upkeep, addressing tenant complaints, completing repairs, and contracting landscaping and snow removal companies* Handling building inspections for prospective tenants or buyers* Managing tenant screenings and evictions* Enforcing occupancy rules* Preparing regular property-status reports for relevant stakeholders* Advertising units and negotiating lease termsHours of work9am 7pm Monday -thurs 9am -6pm Friday 10am -4pm Saturday3 days a month off in lieuIn returnCompany car Audi A3 fully maintained by us Business mileage 0.45 p per mile20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays30K Plus p.a Applications are welcomed from dynamic, enthusiastic and energetic professionals.
