Building Maintenance Supervisor with Electrical bias - East LondonFantastic permanent facilities maintenance supervisor - electrical bias - East LondonMain purpose of role - supervising a team of mechanical and electrical maintenance engineers, completing planned preventative maintenance and reactive repair on electrical and mechanical equipmentSalary: £41,000 pa plus very good benefits packageEssentials:

  • Very good previous experience in a building maintenance role (facilities management)
  • A recognised electrical qualification
  • Experience of supervising a facilities maintenance team in a large commercial building
  • Electrical and mechanical maintenance experience in a commercial building
