Job Description

Senior Lettings Negotiator or Assistant Lettings Manager - Surrey QuaysAward Winning Independent Agent with circa 20 officesBasic £23,000 - £26,000 plus commission, phone, generous car allowance AND YEARLY RENEWALSAre you an experienced Lettings professional who is currently looking for a new challengeOur client, a well-established and successful estate agency is currently looking for such an individual to join their team in Surrey Quays, South-East London.Key responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:

  • Registering applicants,
  • Generating new business,
  • Visiting market appraisals
  • Listing properties
  • Arranging and conducting viewings
  • Gaining feedback following viewings
  • Negotiation between tenants and landlords
  • General marketing and business administration
  • Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
  • Providing applicants and landlords with regular feedback
  • Overseeing a let through to move in
  • Being proactive and willing to demonstrate skills to generate and retain business
  • Valuing and listing lets
To be considered for the role you must have the following:
  • A professional and enthusiastic approach
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Positive and outgoing personality
  • At least two years + lettings experience
  • Full UK Driving licence
  • Desire to meet and exceed targets
  • Some property listings and market appraisal experience desirable
