Job Description

Stock Controller - RotherhamSalary: £21,000 - £24,000Have you got experience in a warehouse or stock controller role and are enthusiastic about progressing your careerI am currently looking for a Stock Controller for an industry leading Hire company in the Construction industry, who is able to work efficiently and accurately to pick stock and load vans.We are looking for someone who has stock room experience with strong communication skills, excellent organisational skills, computer and numeracy skills, as well as manual handling experience.Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare deliveries and collections of stock
  • Loading/unloading vans, ensuring all codes are correct and product quality is in line with company standards
  • Liaise with the manager to highlight and investigate any discrepancies
  • Management of stock transfers between branches
  • Update the internal computer system with stock transfers
  • Ensure adequate stock levels are maintained at all times
  • Ensure compliance with all systems, policies, and procedures
  • Represent company values
