Job Description

Project TechnicianRotherham, Salary: £23,000 per annum, 40 hour’s working week,Fixed Term Contract - Contact End Date: 31/12/2021 What is this role of the Project Technician Cardtronics are embarking on an estate refresh project and are looking for repair technicians that will support us in the delivery of this ambitious project.What will I be doing as the Project Technician - Repair and upgrade of PC core and ATM modules.- Software installation.- Troubleshooting PC core faults.- Input data accurately into stock control system.- Dispatch and receipt items/goods on a daily basis and ensure all administration is carried out accurately.- Maintain accurate stock control and management processes.- Maintain quality control processes.- Provide regular progress reports to team leader and manager.- Ensure key stakeholders are kept up to date with progress as appropriate.- Work closely with and under the supervision of the Technical Support department.- Prepare software media as required and ensure compliance with company policies.- Ensure schedules and timelines are adhered to and ensure project delivery remains on track.- Ensure ESD precautions are followed when working on equipment.- Work safely and in accordance with all H&S and COVID secure measures.What Will I Need to Succeed as the Project Technician - Previous knowledge of working in the ATM industry desirable but not essential.- Previous PC core knowledge/experience preferred.- Basic Microsoft Word/Outlook/Excel skills required.- Good manual dexterity required to be able to work on computer circuits and components.- Manual handling will be required.What are the Personal Attributes needed for the Project Technician role

  • Salary: £23,000.00 per annum. Pro rata for contract term.
