Job Description

Are you an experienced project manager looking for a new permanent opportunityWe are searching for a Lifecycle Project Manager in Rotherham to work on an account managing local schools. As project manager you will gain detailed knowledge of the contract portfolio and commercial objectives. This is a fantastic opportunity to work withour client who are an industry leader and believe in offering personal development opportunities to their staff.Who are we looking for

  • Significant experience in a project management
  • Suitable knowledge of building fabric/ mechanical and electrical refurbishment works either at trade or managerial level
  • Completed IOSH Managing Safely Training
  • Experience of budget and expenditure management

What will the role involve As Lifecycle Project manager you will be responsible for overseeing projects as a whole, this could involve but is not limited to…
  • Creating tender specifications for required refurbishment works at site
  • Liasing with the client to identify products and finishes that meet the clients expectations and contractual obligations
  • Liasing with local maintenance teams to identify failure
  • Work directly with the regional account director to shape and develop the long term Lifecycle plan
  • Planning and scheduling works
  • Identify suitable suppliers as necessary
  • Take the leading role in snagging all works delivered, providing the final approval of completed works
