Job Description

Elevation Business Support are exclusively working with a major Manufacturer based in Rotherham in their search for a Project and Office Coordinator. The role is focussed around implementation of a new system and audit of an existing with room to grow into developing training for the business and general support to director level. Ideally you will have experience with (Quality ISO 9001) (Environment 14001)& (Safety 45001) and ISO/IMS systems.. Key duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring all documents are ready for audit
  • Compiling data from the system
  • Supporting with the transition to a new system
  • Leading the project for companywide implementation and training of the new system
  • Providing administrative support to the senior leadership team
  • Organising meetings and training events
Elevation Business Support would be keen to speak with candidates who have the following skills and experiences:
  • Experience working within a Project or Administrative Support position
  • Experience with systems and quality measures
  • Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate teams in order to maximise efficiency
