  • Overseeing daily operations in the Engineering & Manufacturing department.
  • Ensuring all manufacturing processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Implementing and maintaining high standards of health and safety.
  • Leading a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Developing solutions for operational issues.
  • Collaborating with other departments to optimize overall operations.
  • Monitoring the production quality and implementing improvements.
