Job Description

Role: Predictive Dialler Analyst Salary: £40-50k per annum Location: RotherhamHours: Monday- Friday 8:30am- 5pmThe role:This is working for our client, an outbound call centre.Day to day duties:

  • Perform daily uploads, downloads, and importing
  • Ensure and document outbound dialler activity
  • Analyse dialler-output data to identify potential problems and issues
  • Run payment report regularly
  • Create and update dialling campaigns, filter, list strategies and reports
  • Monitor and adjust the performance of dialler systems
  • Complete other duties as assigned
Skills: Experience of using Genesys Knowledge and experience in using a dialler system
  • Excellent analytical skills to help collect, measure, organise and analyse data
Intermediate to advanced proficiency level with Microsoft Excel
  • Basic statistics knowledge and ability to comprehend and analyse dialler-output data
  • Knowledge of auto-dialler operations and concepts
  • Understand database-design principles, data structures, and optimizations
  • Critical thinking skills and the ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
  • Strong time management skills and the capability to execute multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment Excellent oral and written communication skills
Additional experience:
  • An enthusiastic attitude and a desire to learn more
  • Knowledge of call centre telephony systems and networking, specifically diallers and ACD platforms
  • Fault logging and bug fixing, liaising externally to ensure minimal downtime of key systems.
  • Knowledge of programming languages ( SQL)
  • Knowledge in building reports and Dashboards
  • Ideally, be comfortable working with data from Digital Marketing technologies (e.g. Google Analytics / AdWords).
  • Understand OFCOM guidelines to ensure that dialling strategies are compliant
