Job Description

Were currently recruiting a permanent OD Facilitator role, paying between £28,000 - £32,000. Part home-working, part from Rotherham based office.Client DetailsThe client is a health-care company based in Rotherham, offering 3 days working on-site and 2 days working from home.DescriptionThe key duties will include, though are not limited to:

  • To provide first line support, advice and counsel to colleagues and line managers in all aspects of HR policies, processes and systems covering the full employee lifecycle
  • Provide training sessions to managers across the business on HR policy and processes e.g. absence and performance management training
  • Be accountable for the performance management and development of the HR Advisory team
    • ProfileThe successful candidate for the role of will possess;
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Significant HR experience in operational change management
  • Knowledge and experience of People Development
