Job Description

KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills and Employability sectorsJob Title:Nailand Beauty TutorLocation:South YorkshireSalary:£20,000 - £23,000 (depending on qualifications and experience)Package:Generous Holiday Entitlement, Equipment, Mileage + more!Type:Full time, PermanentWe are delighted to offer this role as a Trainee or Qualified opportunityfull training will be provided for the successful candidate to achieve their Level 3 Teaching Qualification.This is an excellent opportunity for someone working within theNails/Beauty industry, who has a passion for training and development and is looking for that next step on the career ladder.Essential Criteria (for all candidates):

  • Hold - or be willing to work towards - a Level 3 Teaching qualification (PTLLS/AET).
  • Must hold own Level 3 qualification in Nails/Beauty.
  • Hold solid occupational experience within Nails and Beauty.
  • Ideally have experience of delivering in-house training to staff.
  • Confident to deliver group / classroom training.
  • Confident to embed Maths and English Functional Skills in to sessions.
  • Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
  • Organisational skills are a must.
Duties:
  • Deliver Nail and Beauty vocational training and embed Functional Skills (Maths and English) to Level2, as part of the Study Programme.
  • The successful candidate will be flexible with their delivery methods and be able to adapt quickly to learners needs, working with learners aged 16 to 19 years old in a classroom setting.
  • Identify any barriers to learning and plan effective training based on individual learner needs.
  • Providing one to one and group support in order for them to progress through the programme.
  • Identify learners strengths and weakness through initial assessment and support them accordingly.
  • Provide progress feedback to learners and provide support to ensure they meet their set goal / target.
  • Ensure each learners progression is recorded efficiently.
