Job Description

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a Rotherham based lift maintenance service provider to recruit a Lift Engineer.

  • 45 hour week
  • Pay: £14.50 - £17.50 / £18.50 depending on experience
  • On call rota - 1 day every 9

This Lift Engineer is a Nationwide role and will cover Sheffield to York mainlyReporting to the Service Manager, the Lift Engineer will carry out maintenance of a variety of types of lifts and provide quality sales recommendations for estimators.Other duties of the Lift Engineer include;
  • Provide quality sales recommendations for estimators to quote
  • Ensure all sites on the route are clean and of acceptable standard.
  • Provide high levels of sales recommendations with sufficient information to allow estimators to quote accurately
  • Identify and specify the required material and organise the work required on site.
  • Maintain all company equipment in good and serviceable order at all times.
  • Carry out regular inspection routines & report findings to your line manager.
  • Adhere to all Health and Safety regulations, guidelines & information
We would like to speak with Lift Engineers with the following skills;
  • NVQ lift maintenance or installation
  • Fault finding experience
  • Experience within a lift engineer role previously or similar
  • Electrical systems knowledge
