We are seeking a Life Cycle Project Manager to join our team at a prominent location in Rotherham. This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week commitment. We offer an attractive compensation package, inclusive of a competitive salary, performance-basedbonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.Position Overview:We are currently recruiting a Lifecycle Project Manager to work at a significant site in Rotherham. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of duties including scoping, specifying, planning, procuring, and overseeing the operational execution of allLifecycle requirements at the site. You will play a pivotal role in managing both minor works and major refurbishment projects. Your responsibilities will also include gaining an in-depth understanding of the contract portfolio and commercial objectives, identifyingrequirements, and ensuring that all project outcomes align with the contract Output Specification. Reporting to the Regional Account Director, you will manage day-to-day budget forecasting and expenditures while ensuring that projects are completed withinspecified timelines and budgets.Key Responsibilities:Develop comprehensive tender specifications for the required refurbishment works, covering building fabric, fixtures, fittings, and furniture.Collaborate with supply chain partners and clients to select products and finishes that meet contractual obligations and client expectations.Coordinate with the Technical Services Manager to scope and specify Mechanical & Electrical lifecycle works across accommodation units.Work closely with local maintenance teams to identify failure trends and unforeseen lifecycle requirements.Collaborate with the Regional Account Director to shape and develop a long-term Lifecycle plan (minimum 5 years).Oversee the administration of Lifecycle budgets, forecasts, expenditures, and procurement through the Coupa procurement system.Plan and schedule all required works and activities, ensuring alignment with the SPV and other stakeholders.Continuously explore delivery options to ensure the best value and maximum budget utilization for our organization.Manage and schedule works for the in-house team of lifecycle craftsmen.Collaborate with central procurement teams to identify suitable suppliers for products, materials, and work packages, including onboarding new suppliers to the site.Work with the Regional Account Director and Technical Services Manager to address Construction Defects in conjunction with planned Lifecycle works.Actively manage subcontractors responsible for EQUANS projects and recognize opportunities for self-delivery of larger works packages.Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety and Statutory obligations for all Lifecycle activities, including direct and main contractor led workstreams.Collaborate with commercial support teams to draft and issue EQUANS Works Subcontracts.Manage the performance of main contractors for major refurbishment projects, ensuring strict compliance with EQUANS Works Subcontract requirements.Lead the snagging process for all delivered works and provide final approval/acceptance of completed projects.Support the Regional Account Director in liaising with EQUANS internal stakeholders for all planned works.Update Operation and Maintenance manuals and execute Planned Preventative Maintenance activities following project completions.Assist local maintenance teams in managing and leveraging warranty periods for new equipment, fixtures, and fittings when necessary.Provide support to the Technical Services Manager and Regional Account Director in the day-to-day Facilities Management operations as needed.What We Offer:In addition to a competitive salary and performance-based bonus, we provide the following benefits:25 days of annual leave (plus public holidays)Life Cover equivalent to 2 times annual salaryEmployee discount programs for major brands and retailersGym membership discountsCycle to work schemeHoliday purchase scheme2 corporate social responsibility days per yearDiverse learning opportunities, including professional qualifications, collective/individual training, and personalized support programsEmployee Referral Rewards SchemeAccess to our employee networks, including AccessAbility, Encompass, RISE, WOMEN TOGETHER, Working Parents, and Young Professionals24/7 Employee Assistance Program and access to a mental wellbeing appRequired Qualifications and Experience:Significant experience in a similar or related role.Demonstrable practical knowledge of building fabric/M&E refurbishment works at a trade supervisory or managerial level.IOSH Managing Safely certification.Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Office, Excel, Project, etc.).Proven experience in budget and expenditure management.Desirable Skills and Knowledge:NEBOSH General Certificate.SMSTS Accreditation.PRINCE2 Certificate.Experience in delivering works through a Facilities Management contract.Familiarity with Maximo 7.5/7.6.If you are an experienced Life Cycle Project Manager with a strong track record in managing refurbishment projects and possess the necessary qualifications and skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team in Rotherham.Services advertised by Gold Group are those of an Agency and/or an Employment Business.We will contact you within the next 14 days if you are selected for interview.
