Job Description

Are you an experienced Holiday Sales Specialist looking to work for an ever-expanding holiday company that offers progression Would you like to earn fantastic commission …if the answer is yes, please read on….What will I do as a Holiday Sales Specialist

  • Answer incoming calls and sell holidays to our customers.
  • Build a customer base to become your own personal account manager.
  • Contact previous customers to discuss their future holiday plans.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts
  • Be customer service and sales focused and work to achieve and exceed targets.
What shifts will I work as a Holiday Sales Specialist Advisor37.5 hours per week, Rotational hours between 9am-8pm Monday-Friday, Sat & Sun 9am-5pm over a 5-day working week.Where will I be based as a Holiday Sales SpecialistRotherham, South Yorkshire, postcode S60 2XRHow much will I be paid as a Holiday Sales Specialist£20,500 per year, plus commission, on target earnings of £36,000 per year!What will a Holiday Sales Specialist bring to the business
  • Previous sales experience.
  • Ability to objection handle.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, to understand and translate customer requirements into product recommendations.
  • Ability to organise your own daily schedule.
  • Comfortable using multiple IT systems.
