Elevation Recruitment are working with a fast paced digital and print business to recruit a hands-on and innovative E-Commerce professional.Managing a dynamic Marketing and Digital team of 8 people, the E-Commerce Leader will work to help define and execute a world class brand strategy to improve and influence B2B engagement and overall financial performance.We are looking for a true E-Commerce specialist who can help take our client forward on their already impressive journey.Some key duties will include:* Define and execute the companys overall brand strategy as a leading e-commerce platform* Work with and lead the Marketing and digital team to ensure customer retention and acquisition is maximised by crating engaging and market leading campaigns, and optimising all digital elements through SEO & PPC management to drive web traffic* Analyse and advise on product success and contribute to product development by truly understanding the customers buying patterns, needs and how their needs can be capitalised* Ensure the product pricing strategy is competitive in its offering and inline with the companys overall objective* Work with the Web development team to ensure the web site is continually updated, offers a leading user experience and encourages repeat business* Overall KPI management to monitor and help influence customer acquisition , average customer value and year on year financial growth for the businessWe would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:* Demonstrable experience in an e-commerce role* Ability to be flexible with style and work in growing and progressive culture that is fast moving and requires a hands on / entrepreneurial nature* SEO / PPC / Online Analytic Skills* Strong commercial acumen* Strong people managementElevation Sales & Marketing is a specialist division of Elevation Recruitment focused on sales & marketing positions in Yorkshire and surrounding regions.
