You will be full of ideas and have the skill to rationalise and communicate these to the rest of the team and your internal clients. Key Areas:*Creating artwork for a variety of communications material to include: Advertising, Branding and Marketing projects/campaigns - including digital *Delivering projects including; Email Marketing Designs, Social Media Advertising, PSL documents, Sales Collateral, Brochures, Print and Web Documents for clients and candidates*Build upon/extend/evolve existing marketing materials and campaigns*Working on a variety of different projects covering typography, retouching designs, layouts and illustrations and digital where required*Website updates, managing content, posts etc. including monitoring analytics*Event management: including Content writing, Promotion, Design, Follow up*Social media content, posts, carousels, Blogs*General copywriting for collateral such as leaflet, brochures, ads, websites etc*Press releases/news articles*Case studies*Web Page and profile updates*Facebook advertising, including client ads where required*Management of eshots including monitoring results*Monitoring and evaluation of performance from analytics*Google Products - Adwords and Google My Business What specific technical knowledge and competencies does the Job Holder require*Foundation degree, HND or degree in graphic design or other art and design-based subject.*Proven experience of Adobe CC suite applications including Photoshop, Illustrator and associated prototyping tools. InDesign*Portfolio that demonstrates exceptional design, conceptual thinking, and creative execution*Good knowledge of Digital design trends and experience in modern graphic design mediums and their uses*Recent full mix marketing skills in particular content, copywriting and social media*Strong written and verbal communication skills*An ability to work on a number of projects at any time. You will be exceptionally organised and adept at managing your own workload across a broad range of projects and deadlines for multiple internal clients Required skills
