Staff365 are actively seeking an experienced Foundry moulder on a permanent basis for our client located in Rotherham.Candidates are required to have previous experience of working within a Foundry and moulding environment or jobbing type core shop and be able to set up the pattern equipment including runner systems, ram the mould with a chemically bonded sand system, stripthe mould, paint it, fit the cores and then close the mould ready for casting.Suitable Foundry moulding candidates must have experience of working in a core making and or moulding environment.Candidates should also be competent at mould making and be used to working on their own to set up the core box, produce core reinforcement in the form of irons, ram strip and paint the core to a good standard.Starting hourly rate £14.00-£14.50 DOE plus production bonus on topHours of work are a flexible day shift06:00-16:00 or 06:30 - 16:30 Monday - Thursday and Friday 06:00- 15:00This is a 39 hour working week, overtime is available and paid at time and a halfStaff365 are an employment business and an equal opportunities employer IND1
