  • Utilising innovative sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates
  • Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline through networking and relationship-building
  • Conducting thorough candidate assessments and interviews to evaluate fit for specific roles
  • Collaborating closely with recruitment team to deliver exceptional recruitment solutions to a range of clients
What we’re looking for:
  • Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the manufacturing sector but not essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients alike
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
