Job Description

ERP Support SpecialistCirca £40,000 + Benefits PackagePermanentRotherhamBriefMy client is looking for an experienced ERP Support Specialist to join their growing IT team on a full time, permanent basis.As an ERP Support Specialist, youll be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and developing the clients new ERP System, Prophet21, and any future integrations.Youll be responsible for supporting the maintenance and development of the clients ERP system and will play a crucial part in managing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of business functions.Daily Tasks

  • Drive system optimisation projects, enhancing finance processes, reporting, and integrations.
  • Provide system support on post go-live and future project.
  • Provide future ongoing system implementation support.
  • Drive system optimisation projects, enhancing finance processes, reporting, and integrations.
  • Working with key stakeholders from across the business to identify needs, propose solutions, evaluate changes, and manage their expectations.
Required Skills
  • Proven experience in an ERP Support role.
  • Directly involved in at least 1 end-to-end implementation of an ERP system.
  • Detailed knowledge and experience using C#.
  • Experience using access databases / SQL
