You will work within the English and maths department as part of the team and will enjoy a supportive work environment.A key element of the role is to liaise with Curriculum staff to secure the best possible educational outcomes for students studying maths and English, helping them to overcome barriers to learning in order to achieve their full potential.You willLike us, you will have a passion for inspiring young people to aim high, working with small groups to instil knowledge and confidence so that our learners achieve their very best.We know that ex teachers and retired teachers have a plethora of knowledge and skills in working with young people. This is invaluable to us. Perhaps you have enjoyed a fulfilling career as an educator and want something new, or you have been out of educationfor a while and realise how much you miss it.You will hold a level 2 (or above) in English and Maths, a university classified degree at 2:2 (or higher).
