Job Description

Customs and Shipping ManagerRotherham, South Yorkshire£50,000 - £60,000 per annumPermanent roleMonday to FridayHawk 3 Talent Solutions are pleased to be working with a Global Manufacturer based in Rotherham, South Yorkshire who are looking for a Customs and Shipping Manager Manager.The RoleReporting to the Head of Operations as Customs Manager you will manage and develop customs operations. You will work closely with the Export Sales Manager and the Site Warehouse Manager to ensure all customs processes are adhered to.Duties

  • Manage the day-to-day customs processes
  • Import and Export Processes
  • Complete Customs Audits
  • Ensure all customs procedures/regulations are complied with to maintain AEO status
  • Support Projects, including the Post Brexit response and ongoing compliance of custom procedures
Skills/Knowledge/Experience
  • Minimum of 4 years Customs or Freight Forwarding experience
  • Experience of Logistics and communicating with Customs
  • AEO knowledge would be an advantage
  • Be able to multi-task and have a high attention to detail
