Job Description

Our client is an internationally renowned logistics company and is looking to add committed individuals to their haulage team. We are excited to speak with any drivers who have recently passed their Class 2 and are looking for the opportunity to kickstarttheir driving career. However, experienced drivers are also welcome to apply.The Role

  • Multi-drop with 18T+ heavy goods vehicle to up to 10 stores per day
  • All runs double-manned
  • Rigid lorries only
  • Responsibility to complete all health and safety checks including mandatory 15 minute walk round check before shift
  • Showing WTD knowledge by adhering to driving hour regulations at all times
Shift Pattern
  • Work 4 out of 7 days (weekends included)
  • 13:00-15:00 start time
  • Shifts between 10-12 hours
  • Minimum of 48 hours always paid per week
Requirements
  • Category C driving license
  • Up to date CPC
  • Valid digital Tachograph Card
We offer
  • Starting wage £12.00 per hour (actual basic wage, no smoke and mirrors) PLUS holiday pay and pension on top
  • Minimum of 48 hours paid per week (hourly pay for anything after)

  • Upskilling offered to drivers who go permanent
  • Working with state-of-the art vehicles and facilities from day 1
  • Long-term position / temp-to-perm
