We are working with government,local councils, businesses, civil society groups and communities to meet these challenges and at the same time make our environment a better place for people and wildlife.We now require additional team members to join our team as Customer Service Advisers in our National Customer Contact Centre. If you have great customer service skills and a passion for the environment, you can play an important role in helping our customersdo the right thing and help our work.What Will Be Your Day to Day TasksIdeally you will have worked in a customer service role before, but if this is your first role or a career change dont worry as we provide all the training and help, youll need. The most important thing we are looking for is a passion for providing greatcustomer service and the resilience to succeed.Youll need to have:

• Basic computer skills
• First class written & verbal communication skills
• An ability to identify and acknowledge customer needs
• Decision making and finding solutions to potential problems
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team

You will be required to have an incident role and make yourself available to answer to incidents or, provide business continuity aid during an incident.
