Job Description

Job Title:Assembly Line WorkerJob Type:Full-time TemporaryLocation:Rotherham, South Yorkshire, United KingdomSalary:£21,000 - £23,000Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble various chassis using engineering drawings, sub-assemblies, and final products while logging issues in the assembly log.
  • Pressure test chassis.
  • Manufacture bespoke parts using various manufacturing tools and techniques.
  • Repair/modify off-the-shelf parts using various manufacturing tools and techniques.
  • QC chassis components using engineering drawings and various inspection tools to a tolerance of +/- .01mm and fill in QC logs.
  • Manufacture/repair bespoke cables/cable assemblies.
  • Provide feedback on assembly instructions and care points to various departments to aid in the creation of detailed work instructions.
  • Help to maintain a clean, organized, and safe ProPrep area.
  • Off-site installations and repairs.
  • Transportation of goods/stock between Iceotope, off-site data centers, and storage facilities.
  • Operate pallet stackers.
