Do you deliver exceptional customer service at all timesDo you have a flair for salesMy client is looking for a number of Outbound Customer Sales Agents who have a passion for customer service and really believes in what they do.Our client believes in their products and are proud of the difference it makes to both a pet and their owners lifestyle. From starting out in 2017 they now deliver over 140,000 (and counting) meals per week from their distribution centre.Based in their Fife based office you would be joining a fun and dedicated Outbound Sales team were you would be making cuddle calls to customers who may have fell out of love with our clients products. This best way to tackle this is by really getting to know their customers pets and circumstances in order to retain their custom, therefor we are looking for candidates who share a similar passion for pets and can really relate to any issues that are raised.As an Outbound Customer Sales Agent you would be tasked with the following:* Making Outbound calls to customers* Retaining customers who may be looking to cancel their subscriptions* Cross sell and Upsell additional products* Educate customers on all products* Deal with complaints or disenfranchised customers* Able to demonstrate excellent communication skills at all timesThe above list should all come natural to you if you have the following characteristics and experience:* An animal lover* Experience working in a sales and targeted environment* Thrive in a fast paced environment* Confident in your own decision making* A Positive attitude* ConfidenceThis is a full time role and could potentially include some weekend and evening work on a rotational basis.
