This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic organisation who are always keen to develop, committed to being a leading provider of therapeutic children & young people`s residential care.We are looking for a Registered Manager for this organisations service based in Rossendale, Lancashire.Whilst this is a Residential Manager`s role you will work in partnership with clinical & education specialists, sharing your knowledge and experience - always having a common goal, to ensure the best possible, person centred care is provided to each child/youngperson.Essentials
  • You must hold Level 5 diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent) and Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare or equivalent
  • You will need extensive and proven experience of working within residential care, as a Manager or deputy manager, leading shifts and managing a rota/team.
  • Strong commercial acumen is also required along with your experience in statutory compliance
