Job Description

Job Title: Nursery PractitionerLocation: Rawtenstall Job Type: Full-timeAre you passionate about early childhood education and committed to creating a positive and nurturing environment for children Located in the Rawtenstall area, our clients are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join their team.Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities to support childrens learning and development in all areas of the EYFS.
Ensure the safety and well-being of children by maintaining a secure and welcoming environment.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication.
Maintain accurate records of childrens progress, activities, and any incidents promptly.
Contribute to a cooperative team environment by actively participating in planning and team meetings.
Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education and attend relevant training and workshops as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum Level 3 Early Years Education and Childcare qualification.
Previous experience working in a nursery setting.
Familiarity with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively within a team.
Be reliable and have excellent time keeping skills.
Posses the ability to work calmly and effectively in a busy environment.
