Job Description

Lead Software Engineer - React/Native/AWSI can only describe this business, as Rossendales hidden gem. Theyre a world leading online business, competing (and winning) with some of the globes largest brands. Following the recruitment of a new Head of Tech, they are now looking for a Lead SoftwareEngineer to join the business. This role will assist with the in-sourcing of development from a 3rd party, implementing standards/tools/frameworks and helping to build a team. The role will be a blend of Web and Mobile development, with skills in React andReact Native being important. The business has a strong Amazon presence, and so exposure to Amazon Selling Partner (SP) API would be great. The majority of the work will be hosted in AWS, but understanding of an on/off prem environment would be useful. Experienceof CI/CD, Dev Pipelining and mature architectural processes, would be really useful. Youll be tasked with some pretty amazing greenfield project work, which will keep an eager mind well fed. AI, Robotics and Data are all front of mind right now.The business is based in Rossendale and would require time in office.
