You need to be technical and confident enough to have C-level conversations with clients, leaving them confident in the companys ability to provide them an exceptional service.As a Technical Account Manager, you will also work closely with a team of in-house solutions experts and key client stakeholders daily. As part of the role, you will evaluate IT infrastructure, identify risks, research and present IT solutions to bring about improvements in business efficiency and growth.Responsibilities
