Job Description

Internal Sales Coordinator (Will include some cold calls and lead generation) - Niche Engineering Manufacturing - Rawtenstall -White Label are currentlt recruiting for an Internal Sales Person for specialist niche engineering business that manufactures products for the pharmaceutical industry. This position is based from their offices in Rawtenstall. The successful candidate will be an integral part to a growing business working closely with the Managing Director managing the complete internal sales process on a daily basis and will also involve lead generation.This is an exciting time to come into the business as they have just had a huge investment and are in a period of exciting growth, so there is so much potential for a long term career and progression.Key Responsibilities

  • Produce quotations
  • Plan lead generation, and campaigns to create opportunities with potential new customers via telephone, email and social media as well as other creative methods.
  • Set up appointments and find potential clients for the sales team to take forward
  • Follow up with potential customers in order to try and get their business
  • Deliver excellent sales/customer service as you proactively engage with potential customers
  • Research potential leads and develop and maintain a tracking mechanism for leads generated
  • Build and cultivate relationships through excellent communications and following up with prospective customers to move opportunities through the sales process
  • Provide recommendations and solutions best suited for a customer
