Rare opportunity for a part qualified (CIMA/ACCA) Management Accountant to step into a Finance Business Partner role - enabling you to step away from the standard monthly reporting and take on a high profile and influential role. This business prides itselfon a reputation for retaining and developing their staff.Working closely with divisional heads, your role will be to design and develop metrics and reports to enable and facilitate key business decision making. Supported by the FP & A Manager you will be given all the tools to develop into this role - spendingtime in the business to understand the cost drivers in detail and being introduced to analytical reporting methods.To be considered for this opportunity, you should have a logical career to date, ideally actively studying towards CIMA/ACCA with a good grasp on management accounting principles. You should also have a natural communication style, able to work well withnon-finance and finance stakeholders alike. Experience of an ERP system would be advantageous.In return you will be offered a competitive salary and benefits package including study support where required.
