This role is available as the company is expanding.THE ROLEThe Building Services Engineer will be responsible for the delivery of maintenance across all aspects of building services.You should have strong knowledge of building systems across all disciplines however specifically electrical.The Building Services Engineers will be responsible for undertaking pre-preventive maintenance, repair, and reactive tasks across a region.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESThe Building Services Engineer will provide maintenance support (including installations; planned, preventive & corrective maintenance) in relation to site services, plant / equipment & buildings.You will deliver specialist technical maintenance support & services in relation to building plant / equipment.The Building Services Engineer will form part of the on call rota within the Maintenance Team.THE FITThe Building Services Engineer should have good knowledge and level of competency in areas of building services (BMS, electrical or mechanical services).TO APPLYWe look for outstanding technical people, creative and analytical thinkers, decision-makers, influencers, and excellent communicators.
