TRAVEL SALES TEAM LEADER £28-32K DOE PLUS UP TO £11,500 BONUSROMFORD, ESSEXTHE JOBA well-established long-haul tour operator are looking for a proven Travel Sales Team Leader to provide support, motivation, coaching and development for its team of travel sales agents. You will be responsible for managing the day to day running of a team of sales advisors within a contact centre environment and performance manage them to maximise profits for the business. You will also work effectively alongside other Team Leaders to drive sales through being creative, supporting one another to encourage employee engagement across the sales department. WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED* A minimum 2 years experience in a travel industry sales management/leadership/supervisory role* Experience working and managing in a call centre environment* Strong consultative coaching skills with a proven background in managing individual and team performance* Good time management and the organisation to effectively prioritise yours and your teams workloads* Excellent written and spoken communication skills* Results focused and committed to ensuring outstanding service delivery through effective people management* Enthusiastic, positive manner, able to successfully motivate othersWHATS IN IT FOR MEYoull benefit from an excellent basic salary plus a performance related bonus scheme with generous company and travel related benefits.
