Job Description

Senior Fire Risk Assessor£40,000 - £50,000 + BenefitsRomford, South East (Remote Based)The Client:

  • Specialists in Risk Management and Consultancy
  • Established as a privately owned, rapidly growing business
  • Expertise in areas such as Fire & Risk Assessments, CDM and Structural Engineering
  • Exciting growth plans throughout 2021
    • The Role:
  • Carry out Fire Risk Assessments
  • Provide competent fire risk control advice, support and training
  • Working across my clients property portfolio covering domestic & commercial buildings
  • Working field-based London and the home counties
    • The Candidate:
  • Hold a relevant Fire qualification (such as NEBOSH)
  • FRA membership
  • Strong technical competence, with a minimum of 5 years experience
  • Good working knowledge of current fire safety legislation and technical standards
  • A full UK driving license with easy transport links into London
  • Experience in completing type 1 - 4 surveys is highly desirable
    • The Package:
  • Basic salary between £40,000 - £50,000
