Job Description

**Passionate Restaurant Manager Required**For busy Hornchurch / Upminster RestaurantsAn amazing and exciting opportunity has arisen, my client is looking for a Restaurant Manager for their busy family run business, serving traditional and modern food using the finest ingredients, customers return time after time. Serving freshly made food,and a warm, friendly service they create a great atmosphere where the focus is on giving our customers a dining experience to remember.You will be required to run day-to-day management of businessThis includes:-

  • Daily operations, managing the workforce and rotas.
  • Finances, planning company strategies, ensuring marketing efforts achieve objectives, and managing the businesss reputation.
  • You will also be required to deal with the stock taking and turnover for the restaurant
  • Be the face of the business to your guests, going above and beyond their expectations to create a memorable experience
  • Drive the business from the front; lead, inspire & motivate your team
Who are we looking for someone:-· Passionate about great food and customer service· Have an outgoing, positive, friendly personality and a true people-focused approach· Excellent leadership and motivational skills· Good understanding of financial targetsIn return you will receive:-A competitive salary £40k -£50kBased on a 40-45hrs weekPlus company car or % of the profit shareAlso if you are looking to re-locate there is availability to rent a flatAt least 2 years General Manager experience.For further information please contact me
