Quantity Surveyor - Leading Stonework and Facades Contractor - EssexCompany Overview:Our client are on the leading stonework and façade contractors in the UK, with a steady trading history and healthy pipeline of upcoming projects.Working on projects throughout London & Home Counties, our client undertake internal natural stone, granite, porcelain and terrazzo fit outs as well as external cladding installations.The majority of the projects are large scale mix use and commercial developments, in conjunction with leading main contractors & developers.Quantity Surveyor Overview:Our client are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team, based out of their head office in Essex.A Quantity Surveyor with a background working within the high end fit out sector or with experience working with stonework or façade contractors will be looked upon favourably.The successful Quantity Surveyor will report to the Commercial Director, overseeing team of assistant/trainee level surveyors.Responsibilities of role include:
