Job Description

Asbestos Surveyor Analyst£28,000 - £32,000 + BenefitsRomford, South EastOur client, a leading consultancy in the Asbestos Management and Consulting sector, are actively recruiting for an Asbestos Surveyor Analyst to join their close-knit London team. With over 20 years of industry presence and developing as a nationally recognised firm since its inception, this is a fantastic opportunity for an Asbestos Surveyor Analyst with the BOHS P402, P403 & P404/RSPH3 certifications to join a consultancy that values both staff and client satisfaction.Key duties of an Asbestos Surveyor Analyst:

  • Conduct management, refurbishment and demolition surveys on a range of properties
  • Undertake 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing
  • Collect bulk samples when required
  • Oversee on site contractors and ensure that all work carried out is in compliance with the Health and Safety legislation in relation to asbestos
  • Produce and submit comprehensive reports
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, offering a high level of service at all times
    • Essential requirements:
  • BOHS P402, P403 and P404/RSPH3 qualifications with a minimum of two years (post qualification) experience
  • Hold a full UK driving licence and a flexible approach to travel
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Work well independently and as part of a team
  • Good level of IT skills and proficient in Microsoft Office packages
