  • Full time (37 hours) or flexible part time available (minimum 16 hours)
  • £24,000 - £27,000 full-time base salary
  • £12 - £15 per hour part-time base salary

  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring exceptional service.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with our successful team of managers to strategise and implement effective account management techniques.
  • Client Satisfaction: Proactively address client concerns, seek feedback, and ensure high levels of satisfaction through personalised account management.
