The successful candidate will be responsible for surveying jobs and contract managing. With a keen eye for detail and exceptional numerical skills, they will review projects in-depth, schedulingdeliverables and estimating costs. Building schedules and submitting them for approval will be a key part of their role, working diligently to reach profit margin targets. From conception to completion, they will oversee and direct construction projects, ensuringour high standards are met every step of the way.The ideal candidate for this role possesses excellent planning, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills. Attention to detail is crucial, as is the ability to effectively communicate verbally and work collaboratively with the dynamic team at Acorn Builders.A minimum of 3 years’ experience in handling domestic and/or commercial property perils losses is required, showcasing a proven track record. A valid driving licence, ideally with no points, is necessary, and having relevant insurance claims experience withinsurveying will give candidates an edge.
