A great opportunity to join a well established FMCG business as a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer. For this particular role, they are looking for someone to work a 4 on 4 off, continental shift pattern of days and nights, joining a mid sized team ofengineers. The business are highly automated so strong electrical skills with some PLC fault finding ability would be useful.You will be responsible for:* Both pro-active and reactive maintenance of site machinery and services* Carrying out daily checks, completing all relevant documentation* Drive continuous improvement activities to improve OEE, quality and safety* Carrying out work to high Health and Safety standards* Training and upskilling of operators if any operator error leading to equipment breakdownWe are looking for someone who:* Has got experience in an FMCG/food/drinks/cosmetics/pharmaceutical environment* Recognised Electrical or Mechanical qualification (City and Guilds or equivalent)* PLC fault finding abilityFor more information, please contact Daniel Bowes at Radar Recruitment.
