The team is dedicated to supporting each other, encouraging you to find solutions and using your own initiative.The role of Finance Coordinator / Finance Assistant / Finance Administrator / Operations Finance Coordinator includes:-Providing costings and updates for all contracts at renewal stage, to ensure financial viabilityAnalysing the finances of a contract, and understanding where increased need to be appliedBeing aware of P&L, all pay costs, wages, staff levels, rotas, operational changes etcEnsuring internal systems are updated accurately for site performance reviewsEnsuring all contract costings are complete, and appropriate uplifts are appliedLiaising with Senior Managers, Directors, and other departments to discuss new costings, amendments and potential issuesProducing department and contract statsTo be considered for the role of Finance Coordinator, you should have:-Experience of working in a fast-paced, changing environment, to tight deadlinesExperience of working within a finance role, with excellent attention to detailPart AAT qualified would be an advantageExcellent working knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables etcContact Anji to discuss Option 2 or emailRequired skills
