Job Description

We are looking for Tenant Liaison Officers to join our construction client based in the Rochdale area. Your role within the business will be to travel between sites in and around Blackly and Middleton, to liaise between tenant and landlord. Your role willwork on a Temp to Perm basis and will start once a successful interview is completed.Your duties as a Tenant Liaison Officer will include:

  • Use own transport to travel from site to site.
  • Dealing debt collection.
  • Providing assessments regarding repairs, installations etc.
  • Complete all relevant paperwork.
  • Resolve any issues or complaints.

Your working hours of a Tenant Liaison Officer:Monday to Friday, Days
  • Can be flexible for the right candidate.
Rate of pay is £10.50 to 12.50 per hour depending on experience.Candidates with experience within a customer focused environment will be considered for this role.
