About the job:

• Youll be responsible for Quality Management processes, maintaining and improving standards and meeting industry requirements.
• Youll be maintaining regular communication with customers, providing reports and leading customer meetings.
• At the helm, youll guide your team of Technologists through the critical path and take ownership for resolving production issues.
• Youll provide valuable input to product development, fabric technology and supplier management and closely monitor vendor performance.
• Working with suppliers, you will ensure their compliance with legislation, standards, product safety etc; visiting sites (some of which are overseas) and striving to establish strong relationships with all parties.
• The business are looking for a leader who demonstrates an enthusiasm for empowering their team members to reach their goals, and has a willingness for continuous improvement, sustainability, and innovation.

About you:

• Youll have a genuine interest in sustainability / ethical sourcing.
• Management of Ethical Audits and improving CSR standards.
• Knowledge of retailer Quality and Sustainability requirements.
• Youll be a great leader, someone who thrives on supporting others to reach their potential and providing thorough training on Technical and Quality standards.
• Good decision maker. Youll be ambitious and keen to progress.
• A confident communicator, youll be able to manage lots of relationships at once.
• This role will be a busy one! Your ability to deliver under pressure and on time is essential.
• Occasional overseas travel.
